THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from Killer Burlesque? This Halloween, the producers of the hit show “The Empire Strips Back” are giving the world of Hollywood horror the parody burlesque treatment. That’s right, the scream queens take revenge in this burlesque bloodbath. It’s a blockbuster live show, the hilarious adults-only Halloween experience that Portland is craving!
Where is the experience located? The event will take place at the Portland Alberta Abbey located at 126 NE Alberta Street, Portland, Oregon 97211.
Is there parking available? Limited off-street parking is available for free in the lot located on Alberta Street across from the main entrance and free parking is available in the Natural Grocer’s lot after 8:00pm.
What are the public transportation options?

We’re located in NE Portland’s King Neighborhood, 2 blocks west of MLK Blvd on Alberta Street.

Bike racks are available in front of the main entrance and there is a Biketown rack just a couple blocks away.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? The performance will be held indoors.
At what time are doors opened to the theater? Lobby doors generally open one hour prior to showtime, and the theater doors open a half hour before.
How long does the experience last? 90 minutes without intermission.
Will there be strobe lights? Yes, strobe effects are used.
Can I take photos or record the experience? No photos and videos are not allowed during the performance.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a seated theatrical experience.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes, there are restrooms at the venue.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? The Abbey has beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Pizza is available for purchase at most public events, limited events feature partnerships with local caterers.

Does the venue accept cash payments? No, please note that we are a cashless venue. We accept payment via credit or debit card or Apple Pay.
What happens if I arrive late? Latecomers will be admitted to the venue upon arrival.
Is there an age requirement? This show is for those 18+ years of age.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Accessible parking is available on the Mallory Avenue side of the building. The Mallory Avenue entrance is ramped and leads into the main theater. Our main theater, café, and main floor bathroom are all fully accessible.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event? Yes, tickets can be purchased on the Fever App if they are still available. Performances often sell out in advance.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket? We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience? Official tickets for Killer Burlesque: A Horror Parody can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking? If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are service dogs allowed? Service animals are welcome at our event. Please note, the production involves loud noises, confined spaces, and haze which may affect them. We recommend ADA individuals to use our ADA/PMR seating for extra space and comfort for the service animal.

Can I smoke or vape? We are a non-smoking production. We request your cooperation in respecting this policy across all venues to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
Is there a Lost & Found? If you happen to lose any belongings during our event, please send us a detailed description of the item, along with the date and time you noticed it missing. Don’t forget to include your contact information.
Is a coat check available? While we do not have a designated area for coats, guests are welcome to keep their coats with them. Please be mindful of the comfort and space of others around you.
